Privacy Policy — Atlas AI Bot

1. Data We Collect

Atlas AI bot processes the following data to provide our services:

• Messages: Your text messages are sent to AI providers (Google Gemini, Groq) to generate responses. Conversation history is stored temporarily (up to 60 messages for Pro users) to maintain context within a chat session.
• Long-term Memory: With your consent (via automatic detection or the /remember command), the bot may store up to 20 short facts about you (e.g., your name, preferences, projects) to personalize future responses. You can view these with /memory and delete them with /forget at any time.
• Usage Data: Message count, image count, subscription tier, and referral activity are tracked to enforce rate limits and manage your account.
• Telegram User ID: Your Telegram user ID, first name, and username (if public) are stored to identify your account and maintain your data.
• Payments: Telegram Stars transaction records (amount, tier, period) are stored to verify and track subscription purchases.
• Reminders: If you set reminders, the reminder text and scheduled time are stored until the reminder is delivered or cancelled.
• Feedback: Messages sent via /feedback are stored so the developer can review and respond to bug reports and feature requests.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate AI responses to your messages
• To personalize responses using your long-term memory (when enabled)
• To enforce rate limits and subscription tiers
• To process Telegram Stars payments and manage subscriptions
• To maintain conversation context within a session
• To deliver scheduled reminders at the requested time
• To process and respond to feedback you submit
• To track referral activity and award bonuses

3. Data Storage

User data is stored in a secure, persistent database hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL). This includes your account profile, conversation history, long-term memory facts, reminders, payment records, and feedback submissions. Data is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

• Google Gemini API — Processes your messages to generate AI responses. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Groq API — Fallback AI provider when Gemini is unavailable. Subject to Groq's Privacy Policy.
• Pollinations.ai — Free image generation service (no account required). Subject to their terms of service.
• Supabase — Database hosting for user data. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — Application hosting. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Telegram — Message delivery, payments via Telegram Stars. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Telegram Stars. We do not collect or store payment card information. Transaction records (Stars amount, tier, period) are stored in our database to verify and manage your subscription.

6. Data Deletion

You can manage your data with these bot commands:

• /clear — Erase your conversation history (short-term context)
• /forget — Delete all long-term memory facts the bot has stored about you
• /cancelreminder — Cancel your most recent pending reminder

To request full account deletion (including all stored data), contact us via /feedback or the contact information below. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted database connections (Supabase), environment-variable-only API keys (no secrets in client-side code), and access controls on admin endpoints. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
