1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Atlas AI bot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

2. Service Description

Atlas AI is a Telegram bot that provides AI-powered conversational assistance, including but not limited to: general chat, reminders, web search, image generation, file generation, email inbox reading (via Gmail OAuth), calendar sync, mood tracking, diet logging, and journaling. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before purchasing any subscription.

4. Account & Telegram

The Service is accessed through your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account. Your Telegram user ID, first name, and username (if public) are stored to identify your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate, request, or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content
  • Generate sexual, nude, or explicit content (the bot actively blocks such requests)
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's source code or internal logic
  • Spam, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Use the Service for automated/bot traffic without authorization
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

The Service offers paid subscription tiers (Plus and Pro) purchased via Telegram Stars. Subscription benefits and pricing are displayed in the bot via /premium and on our website.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed upfront via Telegram Stars at the time of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. You must manually repurchase when your subscription expires.
  • Refunds: Since subscriptions are paid via Telegram Stars, refunds are subject to Telegram's refund policy. We do not issue direct refunds for partial subscription periods.
  • Tier changes: Upgrading or downgrading tiers requires purchasing the new tier; no proration is applied.

7. Free Tier Limits

The free tier provides limited usage (10 messages / 6 hours, 1 image / 6 hours, 1 file / 6 hours) to let users evaluate the Service. We reserve the right to adjust free-tier limits at any time. Free-tier users retain access to core features including email reading, reminders, mood tracking, and diet logging.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, images, files, and summaries. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it. The Service does NOT provide:

  • Medical, legal, financial, or professional advice
  • Guaranteed accuracy of facts, prices, dates, or statistics
  • Endorsement of any AI-suggested action or decision

Always verify critical information with qualified professionals. The developers are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Email & Calendar Integration

The Service optionally connects to your Gmail (via Google OAuth) and calendar (via iCal feed URL). When you connect these services:

  • Read-only: The bot only READS your inbox and calendar. It cannot send, delete, or modify emails or events.
  • OAuth tokens: We store Google OAuth refresh and access tokens — never your password.
  • Revocation: You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings or the /disconnectemail command.
  • Data processing: Email subjects, senders, and snippets are processed to provide inbox summaries and important-email notifications. Email content is never stored permanently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and operators of Atlas AI shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions, outages, or data loss
  • Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
  • Issues arising from third-party services (Google, Telegram, AI providers, hosting)

Your sole remedy for any issue with the Service is to discontinue using it.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may stop using the Service at any time. To request full data deletion, use /feedback or contact us directly.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
